Our History

FPI Sensors was purchased in October 2007. New ownership brought a new emphasis and dedication to providing our customers with the highest level of satisfaction. FPI Sensors is focused on providing high quality liquid level sensors at a competitive price with fast turnaround time supported by a high level of service.

New ownership has many years’ of experience owning and managing manufacturing operations. Using this experience, FPI Sensors has continually made improvements which results in an environment of personal responsibility in manufacturing products and supporting customer requests.

FPI Sensors has adopted a company structure that we call the "Micro Factory". Each micro factory team is responsible for customer service and product manufacturing for individual customers. The micro factory team takes complete responsibility for all aspects of each order. Because each micro factory is dedicated to a small group of customers, they become intimate with the customers preferences, increasing the level of satisfaction. Manufacturing personnel are trained to build fluid level sensors from beginning to end, insuring people taking personal responsibility for their workmanship. Our manufacturing team works closely with our customer service team, who are dedicated to your complete satisfaction.
