Rochester Sensors five single level custom switch sensors are used for applications that require extra alarm redundancy and/or process control signals. A typical application for a five level float switch may include a need for a high/high alarm, high alarm, pump on, pump off and low alarm signals, be a tank filling process requiring a low alarm, pump on, pump off and high alarm liquid level sensing.
Many options are available with our Five Level Float Switch design. A common option is to wire the five level float switch with common wiring and utilizing a multi strand cable to simply the handling of the lead wires. Our many float options include a short float that allows for independent float switch positions to be only 1” apart. A shared float option, can even accommodate switch difference as little as ¼”. Quick connect mounting is available to simplify the initial mounting as well as the removal of the float switch.
