Continuous Output Level Sensor
Our loop powered 4-20mA sensors are reliable and easy to install. These sensors will arrive at your plant, ready to install into your equipment. No calibration is needed. Simply install into your tank and connect the 2 wires. That is it. These sensors are tough. They are used in demanding applications with years of reliable, accurate performance. There is no drift and they never need calibration.
FPI Sensors Continuous Output Level Sensor (transmitter) is a 4-20 mA (or 0-5 volt) output, reliable tank measuring sensor. Our continuous level sensor is a high quality, competitively priced product with 3 day manufacturing time.
These continuous output level sensors come pre-programmed and no calibration is needed. Installation could not be easier, just mount the continuous output level sensor into your tank, wire to your controller and you are done. FPI’s versatile Continuous Level Output Sensor (transmitter) is available in a variety of materials, lengths and mounting options making it an ideal choice for most liquid level sensor applications.
Our unique modular design allows us to build sensors with measuring lengths of 2” to 120”while maintaining a ¼” resolution.
FPI’s Continuous Level Sensor in engineered with a focus on durability. In the unlikely event a single internal component was to fail, the sensor output would only be affected in an isolated area allowing the balance of the measuring range to effectively operate.
FPI offers many customization options including an independant alarm switch point (s). These alarm points provide a back up signal that is completely self contained and separate from the continuous output level sensor. Another option is to integrate a temperature sensor (Thermistor, Thermocouple, RTD etc.) in the continuous output level sensor assembly.
FPI liquid level sensor products are engineered to meet your exact specifications. Our customers often realize that customization will improve their equipment performance, simplify the sensors integration into their equipment and lower overall equipment costs.
